Dispatch times

In-stock orders placed before 2:00 PM PT on a business day are dispatched the same day. Orders placed after cutoff, at weekends or on public holidays are dispatched the next business day.

Orders requiring eligibility verification, or paid by ACH or purchase order, dispatch once payment or verification clears. We will tell you if anything is holding an order rather than leaving you to wonder.

Shipping methods and cost

All shipments are fully tracked. Tracking details are emailed on dispatch.

Cold chain and stability in transit

Lyophilized peptides are stable at ambient temperature for the duration of domestic transit. Cold-chain shipping is not required for material integrity under normal conditions and we will tell you so rather than upselling it.

Cold chain — insulated packaging with gel packs and a temperature indicator — is available for clients whose protocols require documented temperature control, and is recommended for extended transit in summer conditions.

Packaging and discretion

Vials ship in foam-cushioned inserts with desiccant inside a rigid outer carton. Outer packaging is plain and unbranded, with no reference to contents on the exterior label.

Every shipment includes the certificate of analysis for the lot supplied, a packing list and handling instructions.

International orders

We currently ship within the United States only. Research institutions outside the US should contact our team to discuss availability, documentation requirements and freight options. Purchasers are responsible for ensuring that import and possession are lawful in their jurisdiction.

Damaged or missing shipments

Inspect your order on arrival. If packaging is damaged or contents are compromised, photograph everything before handling further and contact us within 72 hours of delivery. Damaged shipments are replaced at no cost.

If tracking shows delivery but the package cannot be located, contact us within 7 days and we will open a carrier trace and, where it is not recovered, reship.

Return policy

Unopened vials with intact seals may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund less a 15% restocking fee. Return authorization must be obtained before shipping anything back; unauthorized returns cannot be processed. Return shipping is the purchaser's responsibility except where the return results from our error.

Opened vials cannot be returned for contamination-control reasons. This is a safety constraint, not a commercial one.

Batch conformity guarantee

If material fails to conform to the specification on its certificate of analysis, we replace or refund it in full — no restocking fee, no time limit. We will arrange independent verification against our retained sample and cover the cost where the result falls outside our published specification.

This is the guarantee that matters. Everything else is logistics.
